Another FOUR challenge card here... I was a scrappin' fool last night. :o)

First challenge... I used Sketch #25 from the Card Patterns Blog. I love every single sketch they post over there, and the Design Team just ROCKS!!

Second challenge... Day 153's Challenge from the 365 Cards Blog... to use some sort of journaling tag on your card.

Third challenge... Card Challenge #4 from the Two Spotted Dogs Scrappy Summer Camp Crop that is underway... use some sort of fruit or vegetable on your card.

Fourth challenge... Challenge D from the My Sketch World ABC Summer Crop going on now... to use two types of distressing on your card.

Miss You Card

Had fun with this card last night and managed to cover four challenges with it. Plus, I used up some more fun scraps from my stash. Love that!!

First challenge... I used Sketch #127 from the Card Positioning Systems Blog. A fun one that I will use again and again!!

Second challenge... Challenge #25 from the Card-a-licious Blog... to use ribbon, flowers and a journaling tag/spot on your card. Done!!

Third challenge... Card Challenge #3 from the Two Spotted Dogs Scrappy Summer Camp going on right now... to create a card using I Miss You or something similar for your sentiment.

Fourth challenge... Challenge B from the My Sketch World ABC Summer Crop going on right now... to use a border, some blue and buttons on your card.

Funny Signs Layout

Made this one at the retreat this past weekend... this one was made for two different challenges.

First challenge... I used the July 17th Sketch from the Scrap Sketch Blog. Super fun sketches, and lots of them!!

Second challenge... Challenge #8 from the Two Spotted Dogs Scrappy Summer Camp going on now. The challenge was to create a layout using any sketch from any of the fun sketch sites out there. Way easy!!

Grillin' Time Layout

Here's a quickie layout I made recently... for two different challenges. Just love this picture I got of hubby a few weeks ago. He loves his grill!!

Mini Card Fun

Had lots of fun with Gloria's Scrap Bag Challenge from the My Sketch World Spring Crop that is going on all week!!

The challenge was to create mini cards or gift tags using only paper scraps and orphan embellies... love using up my scrap stash!!!

Sale @ Two Spotted Dogs!!!

Lots of fun stuff going on over the next week at Two Spotted Dogs!!!


First off, the design team has been BUSY getting loads, and I mean LOADS of fun craft ideas, scrappy projects, recipes, gift ideas, tutorials and more together for our Cupid's Crafters Workshop that started today and will run through next weekend!!

Secondly, Diane decided to throw a HUGE SALE to go along with it. Here's her announcement...

This is my biggest sale ever! I really want to make room for all those new CHA goodies, so I have taken major markdowns on almost everything in the store. There are great markdowns on previous kits too! And I have also added some "leftovers" that I discovered while doing inventory. They are scattered throughout the store.

I have also added a new page to the store for Patterned Paper Add-Ons. Most of these are extras from previous kits, but many of them were not previously for sale on the website. There are a ton of them -and they are priced to sell!

Keep in mind that quantities are limited since this is a clearance sale.

We Wish You a Merry Christmas Crop

We've been in the planning stages for a few weeks, and the weekend is finally here!!


The Two Spotted Dogs "We Wish You a Merry Christmas Crop" has officially kicked off today, and we will keep on going until Sunday, December 7 at 8:00 pm.

I hope you will all be able to join us for some cropping fun on the message board. This will be a great time to get those Christmas cards finished, make some beautiful holiday decorations and create some wonderful Christmas presents too! And you won't have to find a parking place, wait in long lines to check out and spend way more than you planned. PLUS, Diane gives some FUN prizes away... just a little more motivation, hehe!!

And check out the (non-blinking) blinkie above... my first one EVER to make. Had lots of fun with it, and think I'm finally "getting" the layers thing in PhotoShop, hehe. Whatcha think of it??

Weekend Scrapping Fun :o)

I can't believe I haven't blogged in a few days, you can tell the Holidays are coming, yikes!!

Had some fun with several of the 12 Days of Christmas Crop challenges from over at Scrapbook Heaven. All projects were made using the OH SO FUN November mid-month kit from Two Spotted Dogs. Scenic Route Garland just ROCKS, such fun stuff!!

This first challenge was to alter a notebook. I made mine Christmas themed to use for my gift lists, recipes, and other stuff I will need during the Holidays.


This next card was made for a fun Origami Christmas Tree challenge. Haven't done origami in ages, but had lots of fun with it!!


This next challenge was to make a set of at least 3 cards, all using basically the same supplies.


The last challenge I did was to create a Christmas Tree Ornament. I made mine from a plain chipboard flourish, and heat-embossed and embellished it. Quick and fun!!

Impromptu Cyber Crop @ Two Spotted Dogs

Diane over at Two Spotted Dogs decided to throw an impromptu cyber crop this weekend, WOO-HOO!! Perfect timing for my scrappy weekend!!


She's calling it the "Left Behind Impromptu Crop"... for those of us who aren't going to a Crop or Retreat this weekend. Hehe, so funny!! Seems as if lots of our Two Spotted Dogs friends are going away this weekend for crops. Hope you ladies have fun!!
