Recent Reading and Viewing Pleasures

We watch a lot of movies... well hubby does, and I halfway pay attention while I scrap. And I'm a BIG TIME bookworm... so I thought it would be fun to post randomly about different books and movies that I've enjoyed. Whatcha think?!?!

Just finished reading Ricochet by Sandra Brown... LOVED IT!! VERY good read!!
Synopsis: When Detective Sergeant Duncan Hatcher is summoned to the home of Judge Cato Laird in the middle of the night to investigate a fatal shooting, he knows that discretion and kid-glove treatment are the keys to staying in the judge's good graces and keeping his job. I do love a good scary movie and this was a good one!! Pretty dang creepy!!!

Plot: An ex-cop and his family are the target of an evil force that is using mirrors as a gateway into their home.

And... I can't WAIT until LOST starts back up on Wednesday night, WOO-HOO!!! I am HOOKED on this show!!! Who's with me??

New FAVE Movie ~ Made of Honor

So, who's seen Made of Honor... and if so, didn't you LOVE IT?!?!?! Patrick Dempsey is a HOT-TAY for sure, so that helps, hehe!!!

This HAS to be my new fave movie out there. If you haven't seen it, YOU SHOULD. Even HUBBY loved it, and that's saying a lot!!

Can't believe another work week is here already, UGH!! Seems like the weekend FLEW by!!

I had a lot of fun this weekend though with my mom. She came to Houston and stayed the night with me... kind of like a girls night. We did tons of fun decorating things around my house that I've been wanting to do. Hung some fun stuff, put together an awesome wooden bunk bed in Josh's room (full size on bottom, twin up top), just lots of fun stuff. My house is looking GOOD if I do say so myself.

Just a quick blog post this morning. At work already and wondering when the day is gonna end already... acckk!! We're on a four 10-hour day schedule this week, so Friday off for me, WOO-HOO!!!

I will post later with some recent pages I made using my September Design Team goodies from Scrap Attack. It's my last month on the team there, and I am WAY sad. :o(

Some good TV tonight, and I'm hoping to scrap while I watch Gossip Girl!!!

SYTYCD ~ Fave Dance of the Week

So, how many of you know what "Krumping" is? For those of you who don't know... according to the Urban Dictionary, it is a style of dancing consisting of various chest pops, stomps, and arm swings. It is used to express one's feelings towards another through dance rather than violence.

My FAVE dance this week was Kherington And Twitch's Krump routine... definitely AWESOME, but it looks exhausting!! And DANG, white girl can dance, hehe! Enjoy!!!

So, who watched last week?? I HAD to post another FAVE dance of mine, this time with Chelsie & Mark. They danced to Bleeding Love by Leona Lewis... and OMG, I LOVED IT!!!!

Can't wait to see what they have in store for us this week!!!

So You Think You Can Dance... OMG!!!

So, who watches?? I do!! I just have to give a shout out to Katee and Joshua for their A-M-A-Z-I-N-G performance last week!!! OMG... gave me goose bumps FOR REAL!!!

They danced a hip-hop routine to "No Air" by Jordin Sparks and Chris Brown, and all I can saw is WOW!!! Seriously some amazing choreography!!! Check it out for yourself...

Oh, and a little info about the dance from the choreographers... it's a couple's last night together before the guy is sent off to war...

Me and hubby are FOR SURE... we LOVE this show. It's one of the only shows we actually watch together, LOL!!

Although, not sure if I could actually take all that Chef Ramsey dishes out, ya know?? YIKES!!
