BANNED... have you ever???

So, I've been stewing on this for a couple of weeks now, and just can't seem to get over how SOME people are...

So, tell me, have you ever been BANNED from a site, group, forum??

I can honestly say I have NEVER been until recently. Can you imagine my surprise when I go to visit "this site" one day to post yet ANOTHER challenge I have completed... and then the magic words appear...

I'm like, WHAT?!?!?! I was given NO explanation why, or even a warning of what was to come... just found out while on one of my DAILY visits to the board. And BELIEVE ME, I am NOT the drama type, and choose to just stay away from this kind of non-sense, so it came as a HUGE surprise.

After MUCH anger and sadness and just NO understanding at all why it was done... I'm over it and have moved on. This blog post is my final say about the WRONG that was done to me.

Makes me VERY sad though, to think about all the time in the past year and a half I have devoted to "this site", posting challenges, designing layouts & other items, helping with Cyber Crops, having over 16,000 message boards posts, among other things... makes a person feel used!!

Not to mention that NOTHING has been said on the board about my disappearance, or the fact that I was REMOVED and didn't leave on my own... kinda carrying on like I just disappeared... which is NOT the case... but oh well, right?!?!

Makes you wonder about people, doesn't it?!?!

Okay, I'm done, carry on with the scrappiness, hehe!!

Rolodex Cards ~ So Fun

Here's a couple of Rolodex Cards I made today. They are for a couple of the Rolodex Card Challenges over at Scrap Attack. Wendi posts some FUN challenges!!

The first one was made for the #23 Stars Challenge. I had to use at least 3 different stars on the rolodex card.


This next one was made for the #24 Heavy Metal Challenge. I had to use at least 2 metal items on the rolodex card.

More Layouts from my Crazy Cyber Crop Weekend

Ok, here are the last of the layouts I completed during last weekend's Cyber Crop at Scrap Attack Scrapbooking. Can't WAIT for the work day to end today, so I can get another scrappy 3-day weekend started!!

Oh, and can you tell I LOVE me some 6 x 12 pages?!?!?!

This layout was created for the "Sprinkles" challenge, which meant we were to use at least 10 "sprinkles" (brads, eyelets, etc...) on our page. I used several of the new Doodlebug Crushed Velvet Brads, LOVE THEM!!


This layout was made for the "Birthday Cake Recipe" challenge. We each chose a cake from the list posted, and were sent the specific "recipe" to create that "cake". I had to use mainly orange, staples, ribbon, buttons & stars. This one was WAY FUN!!!

This layout was made for a "Lift" challenge. We had to choose a layout from the Design Team Gallery in the Scrap Attack store and lift it. I chose a layout by Lauri (the owner), and this was what I came up with.

This final layout was made for a ribbon challenge. We had to use 3 different ribbon techniques on our page. I tied a ribbon across the page, used ribbon as a photo corner, and made ribbon loops for behind the flower.

I did manage to do a little scrapping this weekend, even though it ended up being busier than I expected. I had LOTS of fun playing with my August DT goodies from Scrap Attack.

Rolodex Card Fun :o)

I just love making these fun, little, Altered Rolodex Cards. I participate in a monthly Rolodex Card Swap over at Scrap Attack and it's always so cool to get these fun cards in the mail from other scrappers. July's theme for the swap was Red, White & Blue, so I pulled out some scraps from the Scenic Route Liberty line and went to town!! I also decided to use felt on them, as there was a Felt Rolodex Card Challenge that it would fit as well!! Dontcha just love killing two birds with one stone?!?!

More Weekend Scrappy Fun ~ My Mind's Eye Garden Party Lush Blooms

Just wanted to share a couple more of my Design Team creations from this past weekend. This time I got to play with the My Mind's Eye Garden Party Lush Blooms papers and goodies from Scrap Attack.

Weekend Scrappiness ~ Scenic Route Liberty :o)

My Design Team goodies this month for Scrap Attack included the new Scenic Route Liberty line. LOVE IT!! I mean, it's Scenic Route, I love EVERYTHING they come out with!! Weekend Scrapping ~ Two Spotted Dogs
Design Team Reveal

I've had so much fun scrapping this weekend... and this June Totally Cool kit from Two Spotted Dogs just TOTALLY ROCKS!!!

I seriously think that this Prima Dude line is one of my ALL-TIME fave lines!!! I've done so much with it, and still have lots of fun stuff left.

I had my scrappy friends over Friday night. Andie, Megan, Jenn and I had a LOT of fun while making a HUGE mess, LOL!!

Weekend Scrapping ~ Scrap Attack June Design Team Reveal

I wanted to share my June Design Team projects for Scrap Attack Scrapbooking. I REALLY enjoyed working with these Basic Grey Sugared papers and other fun stuff, so I dug into them BIG TIME over the weekend. I actually got lots of scrapping done!!

It probably helped that the Scrap Attack message board was down most of the weekend due to some server issues. I was having MAJOR withdrawals!!!

No chattiness = LOTS of scrapping!!!

Friday Night Scrapping :o)

Well, I got a later start than I wanted to, but at least I scrapped, right?

Got my new Scrap Attack June Design Team supplies in and busted into those for some scrappy fun. Here's what I've come up with so far... by the way, LOVIN' these Basic Grey "Sugared" papers!!!

Oh, and I NEVER use stamps, but had fun with some new foam ones I got recently as a prize. It's not perfect stamping, but I'm happy with it!!

I've been catching up on challenges over at Scrap Attack so far this weekend and am having a BALL. Plus, it's always fun to use up some stash!!!

This card is for the Birthday Bash Challenge Week #11 ~ "Show Me the Money".

This layout was used for two challenges... the Autumn Leaves Challenge #10 Part 2 ~ "Make Doodled Tabs" and also the Emily Falconbridge "Magic" Word Challenge.
