Finally getting these posted... just LOVED the April Challenges over at Sketches! {by Tamara}. Here's what I created for the challenges. :)

Finally getting these posted... hoping to be all caught up real soon! :)

Here's the last two of my March Challenge projects for the Sketches! by Tamara Blog... always enjoy the fun challenges over there!!

This card was made for March Challenge 111... a card sketch. :)



This layout was made for March Challenge 112... a journaling challenge. The challenge was to create a layout with Journaling that lists 10 reasons why you feel lucky.

A little late with this... only by a few days, which is way better than I've been about the old blog of late, hehe.

I was just THRILLED to have been chosen for the Sketches! by Tamara Design Team again. Tamara truly is the BEST to work for and her sketches & challenges are amazing!!

What makes it even better, is that my good, scrappy buddy Wendi was chosen too... so glad to be on the team with her again!!


If you've not visited the blog recently, there have been some awesome changes to the challenges... LOVE the mix of fun stuff going on over there every week.

This card was made for March Challenge 110... a recipe challenge. The challenge is to use embossing, vellum or transparency, and felt on a card or layout.

Had fun with Sketch #94 from the Sketches! {by Tamara} blog this weekend. Also got to dive into one of my new May Kits from Two Spotted Dogs... Diane rocked the kits once again!!

I know I've been so bad about blogging the past week. Been crazy busy making Graduation Invites for my stepdaughter's high school graduation coming up, among other things. They turned out cute, I think, and was WAY cheaper than ordering through the school... YIKES, those prices!!

Look for more blogging from me very soon... have a few projects I need to post and get caught up on.

This layout is for Sketch #88. Had lots of fun with it, and got to scrap some pics that hubby took of me this past weekend working on my Flower Container Garden. :o)

I also went "green" a little on this layout. I've been looking at all the scrappy packaging a bit different lately. I just covered this cute bracket-shaped backing piece from some Jenni Bowlin Chipboard Buttons, inked the edges and used it directly on my page. FUN!!
